Akismet is a spam blocker and works with WP to make sure you don’t have comment spam. SEO all in one is an all in one SEO tool that you can use on WP. There is also WordPress SEO (Yoast) that does more of the same thing. All your SEO for your site will be done through these plugins. DB back up is a back up plugin that makes back ups of your Wp site. Hmmm XML Sitemaps generates a sitemap for you that search engines like google can find and index, and the google analytic is basically what it says, it gives you a break down of visits, and a lot of other details, and WP stats is similar to that, but not as complete a resource.
JetPack is an analytics plug developed by WP developers that displays right in the admin UI. It gives you keyword data and tracks clicks as well as visitor counts.
